Ordering & Delivery

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to most areas across Australia. However, due to strict biosecurity and quarantine laws, we are unable to deliver to the Northern Territory (NT), Tasmania (TAS), or Western Australia (WA). These states and territories have specific plant quarantine restrictions that prevent us from sending live plant material there.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. We'll provide an estimate at checkout.

How are the plants packaged for delivery?

Our tubestock is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in great condition. Our larger box fits exactly 70 tubes perfectly — which is why orders of 70 or more tubes qualify for free delivery. It's the sweet spot where packaging costs are fully covered, and we're happy to pass that saving on to you!

What happens if my plants arrive damaged?

Please contact us immediately with photos and we'll make it right.

What is tubestock?

Tubestock are young plants propagated as cuttings taken directly from carefully selected parent plants, creating genetic clones that inherit all the qualities of the original. Once the cuttings have established initial root growth, they are transferred into 50x50mm tubes — the small containers that give tubestock its name. The plants then continue to grow in these tubes until their root systems are strong and well developed, at which point they are ready for planting out into the garden or landscape.

Because our tubestock comes from quality parent plants and is grown through to a well-rooted stage before dispatch, you can be confident you're planting something with a strong foundation and the best possible start.
